This interesting project involved the demolition and replacement of 8 existing redundant garages with a proposed residential development to provide for 2 contemporary bungalows.

There were various issues to be considered such as views of the property from neighbouring windows, height of the development at boundary line with neighbouring gardens as well as landscaping to the front elevations.
