This project was approved and constructed in 2017. It was successful through planning on our first submission. The clients were very happy.

The clients had previously engaged another architect to assist with this project. The previous designs were over complicated, with different floor levels, insufficient headroom and the scheme was visually contrasting to the host property. We simplified the scheme and designed it to be in keeping with the original house whilst providing sufficient headroom for the clients needs.
