Andrew Sheeley – Senior Partner
Andrew Sheeley is the Principal and founder of ROC haus. Having been in practice for 14 years he is an expert in development surveying (party wall, scaffold access, crane oversail and contract administation) as well as architecture. Being a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to his work for the benfit of our clients who wish to develop their homes or places of work.
Andrew prides himself and ROC haus with a strong work ethic, quality of service and professional knowledge. All this combined to ensure client’s are always fully aware of their options and always protecting their interests.
Outside of the office Andrew is a black belt in kick-boxing, enjoys air-rifle shooting and competition, personal developent, and spending time with his family.
Jamie Hazell
Jamie joined ROC haus in 2015 after attending the University of Liverpool School of Architecture.
Jamie is currently working towards his Part 3 and his role within the company is primarily design focused, responsible for creative and innovative ideas to suit a client’s ambition.
Jamie has expansive knowledge on the planning procedure and experience with taking jobs from a preliminary stage through to liaising with the local authorities to obtain planning approval.
He is particularly passionate about detailed design and matching this with clients need.
Jamie used to swim at national level and now enjoys playing football.
Robert Gilliland
Robert joined ROC haus in 2015 after working both in private and public sectors since 2010 in both Contract Administration and Building Surveying roles. Robert joined ROC haus as a Building Surveyor and is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors as his specialism. He is currently working towards his RICS Chartership whilst being a key member of this close working team. He is on course for passing his Interview in 2018.
Robert graduated from University with a Business Degree and returned in 2010 to complete a Masters in Building Surveying, accredited by the RICS.
Out of the office Robert enjoys spending time with his young family and following the England Rugby squad during competition.
Sabina Lo
Sabina has over 20 years of experience in Architecture. She studied Architectural Design at the Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University, then joined the London office of Nightingale Associates in 1998 a leading architectural practice specialising in Healthcare. After completing her Part 2 at the Welsh School of Architecture in 2001 she moved on to Haskoll Architects, an AJ100 company specialising in retail, mixed use, leisure and urban design. She qualified as an Architect gaining her RIBA Part 3 at Southbank University in 2006.
After starting her family, she worked for herself gaining experience working on smaller residential and commercial projects. Outside the office Sabina enjoys spending time with her family and learning Mandarin Chinese.
Karen Keeble
Karen joined ROC haus in 2016 providing secretarial support to the rapidly expanding and busy team. Karen has since enjoyed gaining a growing knowledge of the Planning and Party Wall processes and having the ability of being involved in all aspects of each project that working with a close team brings.
Karen first started working in the property sector in 1997 for a London Corporate Building Consultancy firm in Asset Management for 4 years before moving to another large Building Consultancy practice where she spent 10 years working within the Landlord & Tenant, Building and Investment teams until starting a family.
Outside of work Karen enjoys spending time with her family and riding her horse.
