An exciting project which involved working with a high profile interior designer. We were brought in to complete architectural services relating to demolition of the existing property and rebuilding as a new 4 storey property, including a basement extension.
Status: Planning Approved
After detailed discussions with the local planning authority we were able to secure this permission for our clients and this is planned to go to site in 2017.
An interesting project however the client wanted to have reference to their roots which included us using Jerusalem stone to the external façade. Additionally, as a feature we incorporated a 2 storey front atrium with a new staircase and a ‘hanging’ indoor tree installed centrally to provide impact and the ‘WOW’ factor.
